
Butter & AMF
Butter is a water-in-oil emulsion resulting from an inversion of the cream; in a water-in-oil emulsion, the milk proteins are the emulsifiers.

Butter is a dairy product containing min. 82% m.f. which is solid when chilled and at room temperature and liquid when warmed. We sell sweet cream or lactic butter in different shapes and sizes. Most common packaging in retail is 250g and in industry 25kg block. It can be sold either fresh or frozen and either salted or unsalted.
Anhydrous milk fat (AMF)

Anhydrous milk fat (AMF) and is a product consisting of more or less pure milk fat. Although it is modern industrial products, it has ancient traditional roots in some cultures. AMF is a high quality pure butterfat derived only from fresh cream. It has width usage in industry, but in some culture it is used in households for baking. It is sold from small 500g pots up to 25 kg blocks.
